While brunching with my sister on my last day in Minneapolis, we noticed a very special dog waiting by the bike racks for his/her owner to come back from breakfast. We lovingly nicknamed her "Sandy" and watched as some neighborhood kids instantly bonded with the dog. From my experience, dogs and kids either go together or they don't. For instance, in my childhood I was terribly afraid of dogs (a subject of its own for a blog post in and of itself). As you can see from these photos, "Sandy" and these kids were like long lost fun-mates--depsite the fact that they had never met before. A Sunday run-in while hanging out in a quiet neighborhood of Minneapolis and I was happy I had my camera along to document the cute-ness that ensued.
As it turns out, the dog's name was actually "Bruiser," but he'll always be "Sandy" to me.
